Summer Open Day Raises over £5,000!

This year was our busiest event yet! With over 1,000 people attending we certainly had a lot of fun raising a grand total of £5,500!

A massive thank you to all those that came down and supported us on Sunday. We were absolutely delighted to see so many people making the journey down to see the animals, stalls and of course the cake!

Events like these help to raise vital funds for the rescue. It costs, on average, £1,000 a week to run the centre! A combination of bedding, feed, veterinary, transport and maintenance fees all adds up and every penny we raise is spend directly on the animals. It is only by your support do we exist and so we cannot thank you enough for all the help!

When we rescued Bertie the so called Micro-Pig, the BBC came with us to highlight the growing problem of breeders miss selling micro-pigs.
