Mr. Carrots in his new Home

Mr. Carrots, one of our Dartmoor ponies finally has a new home, his new owners were really excited to finally receive this cheeky, confident chippie.

Our volunteers have spent a lot of time with Mr. C, he was very nervous, we could hardly get a head collar on him, let alone load him into a horse box, but months of training have paid off.

The connective clicker training allows us to train even the wildest of ponies. When we first collected Mr. C, it took over an hour to load him, after the training, he would quite happily load.

Mr. Carrots the volunteers will really miss having you around, but we are so happy you have a new home and two mares to keep you interested!
