An elderly cob has just been admitted, brought to us by the RSPCA (England & Wales), he’s weak and a little subdued.
Thankfully he started eating and drinking rehydration fluid, a good sign, fingers crossed.

So far this year we are having greater success in rehoming piggies, sadly the calls to take them in, is remains relentless and far outweighs those we home. This weekend we said goodbye to the three boys that only arrived in February. As you can see they have a great new home. IMG_4999
Back in June you may have read about these little dears, they were abandoned and all on their own. Their mother went missing for several days and so we took them on.
Back in June we took on these 8 orphaned ducklings. Yesterday they were all released, back into the wild, all fully fit and well. These were 8 orphaned Mallard ducklings of 22 taken on this year.
