Meet Truffles the Latest Pig Rescue

Meet Truffles, a pig we have managed to take in, one of only 5 we have taken in this year.

Sadly we are contacted all too often to take in unwanted pigs, sometime for genuine reasons but all too often because people have bought thier piggie pets from breeder, not from rescue centres and they haven’t done thier research.

In 2016 we re-home 4 pigs yet had to turn away 154. This year is no better, we haven’t re-homed a single pig but already had to turn away well over 100.

Truffles is a beautiful pig that has been loved and cared for, she is only 9 months old so she has a lot of growing to do. She now needs a loving home where she can live outdoors with another pig friend.
