Boris Receives a Pedicure

As if a TB test isn’t traumatic enough for our big fella. Boris has to have his feet attended to regularly.

It is not something that most people think about but it is necessary so that we can see any potential problems and take off excessive growth. We pay a specialist hoof trimmer who comes over with a hydraulic crush. Everything is automated and fortunately the bother to Boris is minimal. A few minutes later he is back in the field lazing around again.

    Swan Released
