Hedgehog Awareness Week 4th – 10th May

Today we will be live on Radio Nottingham’s lunchtime show putting the finishing touches to a hedgehog box in order to raise awareness for this native little creature that is currently fighting for survival.

Over the weekend 2 of us (and a friend that was visting us socially) made 2 hedgehog boxes, 1 of which we will be auctioning off.  This design is taken from a book called The Natural Hedgehog and is a tried and tested design. If you want to make such a box then the measurements are below:
