Willow Needs a Life-Long Home

Willow has been with us for a few weeks now, we rescued him from a life of neglect and cruelty, we didn’t want to commit to yet another mouth to feed, but we had to find space for him somehow.

Willow, a male Welsh Pony has been very ill-treated, he has scares from being hit by his former keeper. Despite being horribly treated by humans, he hasn’t got a nasty bone in his body.

Willow is very placid and friendly, we are looking for a life-long home for him, he needs to be with other ponies or horses and be shown the love and attention he has just discovered here at Brinsley Animal Rescue.

We now have 14 horses and ponies, along with all of the other wild animals, pets and farm animals. This year has been the worst ever with calls every day to take on animals, yet the new good homes are very few and far between.

Willow has been microchipped, wormed and gelded.  He is having a dental in 2 weeks time and is 11 years old.  He is about 11.2h.
