Roe Deer Rescue and Release
Back in April we took in this doe Roe Deer, she was admitted to our hospital during our Spring Open Day.
This poor girl had been hit by a car and sustained injuries all over her body, in particular her legs. After a course of antibiotics & pain killers for severe infection to one of her legs and weeks of rehabilitation, she has finally been released, close to where she was found.
Its very hard running a rescue whilst holding down full-time jobs, but moments like this, releasing a wild animal after recovery, makes it all worth while.
