Little Owl Rescue

This Little Owl arrived this week, they’re a fledgling and so naturally should be living on the ground, so the advice normally is to leave well alone, but this chap was tangled up in the undergrowth so the finder intervened and brought to us.

They have been untangled from vegetation, checked over for injuries and fed. Thankfully they are taking food off us, it will be another week or more before they feed themselves.

We love Little Owls, they look so grumpy!
