Christmas Open Day

Thank you everyone who contributed in anyway making our Christmas Open Day a great success, raising £2,800 towards our running costs, to help keep us rescuing needy animals.

A massive thank you to everyone involved, the volunteers who have spent weeks planning and preparing for the day, the bakers who tirelessly baked hundreds of cakes, the generous donors that allowed us to have a raffle and tombola and thank you to those that helped set up, prepare and run the day.

Thank you to everyone who attended, despite bleak winter weather, we hoped you had a great day.

Only when pets in rescues are offered a home, does this create a space to allow another to be rescued. In 2023…

  • Field Maintenance

Running the sanctuary requires many different skill sets. These skills aren’t just limited to caring for the many types of animals we rescue, we need to administer the charity, fund raise and there’s also lots and lots of maintenance and repair activities to keep on top of, not least land management. This place certainly keeps…
