Snowy and Pearl are 2 middle aged lady pigs. They are very vocal, love their food and love snoozing in their litter tray. At the moment they are keeping Poppy company as we fear that she has come into our rescue pregnant. They adore eating carrot tops and celery and rustling of bags makes them squeak with excitement. Pearl had a very bad ear infection when she first came into rescue – this has cleared up but has left her with a slight head tilt.
These 2 lovely ladies are looking for a forever home out there. They currently live indoors.

Aguti (wild) coloured rabbits are so often overlooked as they look so ordinary but Pippin is a lovely little fella who really needs a female companion.

Bertie finds a loving home

Today Bertie was moved to his new, life-long home where he has an acre of land, a girlfriend and a stable to sleep in, a far cry fom the bungelow he came from, living on his own. Bertie met his girlfriend for the first time, he and Poppy, did a bit of speed dating.

Archie, Benji, Charlie and Dillon were all rescued at one week old, the waste by product of the dairy industry. We took them in and hand reared them, finally they have gone to a great new home in West Yorkshire.

150 Ex Free range Chickens – August 08

Each year 10s of millions of chickens are slaughtered at only 72 weeks old, even though they will continue to lay eggs for years. We rescue as many as we can and rehome them. These beauties came for Brighton and so far we have found homes for over 90.
