One Lucky Sheep

Meet our latest rescued sheep, this little girl has escaped almost certain death.

Our currently unnamed lamb, was found by a member of the public on their garden patio of all places. So she was contained whilst they tried to locate her owners.

Through her ear tag, she was traced back to a farm who sold her at market and therefore no-longer owner her, there is no other trace of her new owners. So our new rescue seems to have escaped, she has no doubt escaped from a certain death at the slaughter house and from ending up being butchered.

So we now need your help to name her, we need a name that’s fitting for this little survivor, escaped from a horrible future and found in the snow. She will now live with us until we find a life-long home, she’s a luckily girl.

Please email your suggestions to us, or send a message via our contact form;

    Oliver, Oscar and Olive go to their new home

    Colin Moves On

    This weekend we took Colin to his new, life-long home. We originally took in Colin in August this year, he was reported to have been a stray. He wasn’t castrated, so we needed to sort that out, to get him ready for rehoming. Male pigs need to be castrated, this makes them less boisterous but…
