Henry is a lovely boy who is looking for his forever home as a companion / project pony. He would like a calm, kind and experienced home where he can continue his education, ideally with people who use positive reinforcement.

Because he can get frustraited and overly aroused easily a relaxed and patient human who has experience helping nervous ponies would be good for him. He is inquisitive and learns quickly, he enjoys helping with poo picking, nibbling boots, having cuddles and going for short walks in hand. And of course, he also loves food!

He would suit an adult only home, or somewhere with calmer, ‘horse wise’ children as he can nip if over threshold, frustrated or frightened.

He can be stabled but he will need regular, ideally 24/7 turn out with a consistent companion who he can pair bond with.

Please note that we are not open to the general public and an appointment is needed to view. Please arrive ready for the weather and with sensible footwear for the fields. Henry is kept on our other site, which is a few minutes away in the car.

To help cover the costs of vetting, dentist, farrier and housing costs we ask for a minimal donation of £60, one standing payment. You will be agreeing to a loan contract, in which will be discussed in your appointment.
