Percy, Penelope and Pumbaa went to their new home.
It was an early start for us this morning, who gets up at 5am on a weekend! Today it was a 2 hour drive to their beautiful new home.
This trio of siblings were an unwanted litter They are very lucky that we were able to take them in, many more we have to say no too. In fact this afternoon as soon as their enclosure was cleaned out, another pig moved in. You can hear about Derek in

Another accident caused by the sheer carelessness of fishing! Earlier this week we fetched 50 commercial ducks from Worcestershire, that were off for slaughter, these have been factory farmed for their eggs, now at the end of their commercial life they were off for meat. We have been unable to save over 5,000 that have gone to the slaughter house, but at least these girls…
Unfortunately, at this time of year rabbits and pets get such a raw deal. Many people simply want to get rid of their childrens animals just before Christmas to make way for the new toys.
Now with new loving family as they were snapped up by a volunteer. I believe they are now called Freddie and Finbar. They have a great new cage but refuse to use a wheel.

Berry came to us pregnant, she had 7 babies which have all been rehomed. We eventually found a fabulous home for Berry with a neutered male friend called Snitter. They seemed to get on well together and we were so pleased to find Berry a companion she can spend the rest of her life with.
