Name: Brian Age: unknown, possibly 3yrs+ Male Brian is a large, and very sweet chocolate-brown guinea pig who was rescued in December from living all alone outside in temperatures of -18C, where he would certainly have died. He is an unneutered male who wants some human and guinea pig company.
Rainbow and Snowy were lovely little pigs. They had not been handled and were quite frightened. They found a lovely home with a young girl from Brinsley who helps out at our open days and is a budding young animal lover.
These 2 boys found a marvellous home not too far away. They have a great hutch and a lovely run that they will enjoy the Summer sunshine in. They are the last of Hickory’s babies and now we just need to find a special home for her
We don’t rehome cockerels very often, so it was good to rehome little Louie at a home in Brinsley, within walking distance of the rescue centre.
Little sweetie Toffee was another Ebay bunny. He came to us with his brother Tigger. They both went in to be castrated and tragedy struck – Tigger died under the anaesthetic. A reminder of how risky operations are for small animals. We were so sorry to hear about Tigger as neutering is such a routine…
