Lulu was brought to us after being rescued from a breeder. She had a poorly eye that was infected and was untreated. She has now made a full recovery and has a young friend called Smokey (also from us!!!). Lulu has `helicopter’ ears, one up, the other down and went to a fabulous home with other bunnies for company and some real bunny enthusiasts.
This weekend the four Dartmoor Ponies rescued from becoming pet food, started their new lives thanks to Brinsley Animal Rescue.
Today Bertie was moved to his new, life-long home where he has an acre of land, a girlfriend and a stable to sleep in, a far cry fom the bungelow he came from, living on his own. Bertie met his girlfriend for the first time, he and Poppy, did a bit of speed dating.
Today Patsy and Angel, two of our female goats went to a new home to live with a male. Angel was originally a stray, Patsy an unwanted pet, they have been together now for three years. We’ll miss this lovely pair, however we are very grateful for a forever home.

The three sheep we recently took in from a bad home are all sorted. They have been sheared, wormed and had their hooves trimmed. Today they have gone to a great new temporary home. They will be back with us in the late Spring but for now they have an amazing home with lush grass…
