Four guinea pigs we rescued earlier this year have been rehomed. They have 9 little guinea pig friends to snuggle up to too.
It is lovely to see guinea’s in groups and neutering the males certainly helps to integrate them with one another. They are a very chilled out group of well loved guineas.

When we rescued Bertie the so called Micro-Pig, the BBC came with us to highlight the growing problem of breeders miss selling micro-pigs. Breeders sell them as ‘not growing larger than a Cocker Spaniel’, the reality is that they grow large and when kept un-castrated and on their own, can become extremely destructive. Pickle was a real little fluff ball. He was born at the rescue centre when we took in a pregnant doe. Pickle was rehomed with a neutered female doe. They seemed to get on well and we are confident that they will be the best of friends.
