20 Calves Rescued

We are very proud to announce that we have now completed the coordination of a dairy calve rescue, the total now stands at 20 calves rescued in a week, each bull calves only a few days old.This rescue has been months in the planning, liaising with a dairy farmer and coordinating the life-long homes with amazing folk at sanctuaries around the country. Twenty calves the waste by-product of the dairy industry, are now safe, they have secured life-long homes.This has been a long journey and its only just started for us all, calves this young taken from their mothers are very fragile, we are all taking extremely good care of them, they are certainly now all pampered pets, homed at fantastic rescues around the UK.This is an amazing team effort #20Lives. well done to our UK Sanctuaries, visit their sites, see the calves updates.
