Elsie could be a bit grumpy and so was here for quite a while. She has now gone to live in THE most amazing place with a bespoke huge hutch and run. The lucky little girl now also has a husbun called Harry – they make a fantastic couple. We await photos and updates!
Our volunteers have mixed feelings saying goodbye to Bob and Brenda, two geese that have been with us to seven years now. Geese make great guard dogs, they are territorial and if you’re a stranger, beware of the loud honks and ankle nipping! Generally people are more frightened of geese than they are of dogs….

This pair of pigs are delightful. Dougle has a long mop of hair and Bert is short haired. They both enjoy going out on the lawn and devouring the grass. We are unsure of the age of these 2 boys but would guess at 2-3 years old. They are in need of a good home…
This weekend we rehomed our three pygmy goats, two girls and a lucky boy. Rehoming from rescues creates space to rescue more, in fact we have two ready to collect next weekend.
The new owners of these little treasures is over the moon and very happy. We are so pleased that all 4 of these young boys went to a very special home and remained together.
