Elizabeth & Louis

Rehomed 🙂

Elizabeth

Description: Hello, my name is Elizabeth. I am a lilac 3 year old dwarf lop

About me: I arrived at the centre with my husbun on the 4/3/17. My owner could not longer keep me due to an medical illness.

Temperament: I am the friendly one of the pair and enjoys a fuss. I like to snuggle up to my husbun and enjoy the sun. I am okay to be handled.

Type Of Home Wanted: I need to be re-homed with Louis. I am currently an outdoor rabbit but could make a nice indoor one too. I am litter trained and keep my hutch in fair shape. I am okay to be handled and would be okay with children.

General Health: I am up to date with my vaccinations and am spayed.

Louis

Description: Hello, my name is Louis. I am a chocolate agouti 3 year old dwarf lop.

About me: I arrived at the centre with my wifebun on the 4/3/17. My owner could not longer keep me due to an medical illness.

Temperament: I enjoy lounging in my bed for most of the day, hitting the sun rays when they do come out! I am not too keen to be handled though I do enjoy a fuss from the ground. I am litter trained and enjoy the quieter side of life.

Type Of Home Wanted: I need to be re-homed with Elizabeth. I am currently an outdoor rabbit but could make a nice indoor one too. I am litter trained and keep my hutch in fair shape however I am a digger. I am not to keen to be handle and so would suit a teenager or above.

General Health: I am up to date with my vaccinations and have been castrated. I am in good health.

How To Adopt:

To help the charity cover the costs of neuter, vaccinations and housing; we ask for a minimum donation of £70 for both Elizabeth and Louis.

For the welfare of the rabbit we do ask to do a home check. Please email us a photo of your set up or bring one with you to the appointment if you need advice on setting up.

What we look for is sufficient space. At minimum a hutch at 6ft x 2ft x 2ft with an attached run of 6ft squared. That the accommodation is fox proof, that the rabbit has a partner and that you’ll be able to provide for the animal.

Please note we cannot reserve rabbits unless you have seen them in person. Rabbits are on a first come, first served basis. We can only reserve rabbits for a week, otherwise the next interested person gets priority. Unfortunately, we have had many people mess the charity around, please don’t add to the number.

Contact Details: Please note we are a chartiy run on volunteers and there may not be a person available to pick up your call immediatly. Please leave a message ( Telephone number, name of the rabbit and when your available to view) and we will get back to you ASAP.
