Goat Rescue

Meet the girls, Daisy, Petal and Mary, and Petal’s two kids, Ronnie and Rosie.

These family is very lucky to have been rescued, they are not in great health. The three Nanny adults were bought by the previous owners of a farm, who could no longer keep them.

All of them have severely overgrown hooves. One mother has a swollen leg and can barley walk, another mother has two six month old kids, and has huge udders that are dragging on the floor. This is often caused through over-breeding and over milk production.

Before we can rehome them, Reg will be castrated and all of them treated for their health issues, as well as vaccinated and wormed.
