8 Orphaned Ducklings arrive

Early this morning 8 orphaned Mallard Ducklings arrived, mum was nowhere to be seen and so if left unattended, they would not have stood a chance.

These really cute fluff balls are all now tucked up together, on a heat pad in our animal hospital, where we are also caring for many other different animals, including wild rabbits, hedgehogs, pigeons, swallows and song birds.
