Whenever contacting us, please be patient, remember that we are ALL volunteers, we give up a huge amount of of free time to do this vital work.

As well as all of the hundreds of hours a week it takes to care for the animals, we do the home checks, collect food, complete mountains of paperwork, and raise funds whilst holding full time jobs to make ends meet.

Sometimes it may seem that we are not answering the phone, please leave a message we will get back to you as soon as we can; we always prioritise calls depending on the emergency. If you have found an animal, check this page for brief advice.

If you are not satisfied with the service, you are more than welcome to help, we can only acheive so much on our own.

If you would like to view an animal, please contact us, viewing is strictly by prior appointment only as the sanctuary is at our home and it is not open to the general public.
