Stanley & Snowdrop (bonded male & female)

Age : Approx 3 months
Breed : Dwarf Lop
Bonded : Yes
Neutered/Spayed: Stanley is castrated
Rescued: Dec 09

Stanley and Snowdrop were given up as unwanted pets and then advertised on the ‘Preloved’ website which absolutely infuriates us.  The sooner that unwanted pets are taken off websites like this the better.  We can only imagine what kind of home they might of got.  They were both living happily together although Stanley is not castrated yet which fills us with dread as it means that poor old Snowdrop is probably pregnant even though she is very young.  These bunnies are both house bunnies and will need to remain so until the warm sunshine appears in late Spring.  We will get Stanley neutered before rehoming and we will keep the pair for at least 30 days to make sure poor little Snowdrop isn’t pregnant.

These two are very excitable, they love a good run around, lots of fuss and attention. They need to be rehomed together, where they can be given a large cage and run.

Chipmunk & Daisy (bonded pair)

Age : 1+ years
Breed : Netherland Dwarf
Bonded : Yes
Neutered/Spayed: Chipmunk is Neutered
Rescued: July 09

We need a very special home for this bonded male and female pair. Both rabbits have dental problems which means that they will need their front teeth trimmed regularly.  In fact they need their teeth trimming every 2 weeks as both have misaligned jaws.

We need a home where an experienced rabbit keeper can keep an extra eye on this beautiful pair and give them the life-long treatment that they will need.

Otherwise these two are very healthy,  friendly and absolutely inseperable. Daisy and Chipmunk do not like to be apart for a second.  They very often have a mad half hour and hurtle round in their run together.  They are a delightful pair of rabbits.

The Rex Brothers (male)

Breed : Rex
Neutered : Yes
Vaccinated : Yes
Bonded : Yes
Rescued : Dec 08
Age : 6 months

These boys are beautiful and so playful. They are quite skitty as they had not been handled and came from a breeder who nearly took them to a cattle market!!. We have named them Sonny, Sammie and Bobby. Bobby has a cataract in 1 eye but this has been checked by a vet during castration and will not pose any problems. Bobby is able to see his food and appears to be able to find his way around fine. These boys will need to go as a trio. Can you offer a home to this little trio? Rexes need soft flooring as they can easily get sore feet. Here they are bedded on straw and in the summer will go out on the lawn.

We love these two, they are 4 years old and are a litle timid. They are just coming round to the thought of sniffing a hand but handling is out of the question at the moment, unless absolutely necessary so it is all going to be on their terms.

They devour dandelions and grass and that usually coaxes them out of a dark corner. They had been neglected by children, an all too familiar story but such a sad one. They are both litter trained now, if you are able to offer them a home and do a bit more handling then they would make great pets for someone as they truly do deserve one.
